AMIT TIWARI

  • Hello, I am Amit Tiwari. I am a part of Womennovator for more than 9 years now. Ms. Tripti Somani has been my mentor, my guide, and my well-wisher. She has helped me to rise to a level which is truly commendable, and which has helped me develop a wider perspective. From a life of a mediocre I have gained confidence and skill and reached a platform of Womennovator where sky is the limit. Her life has had a great impact on me in terms of expanding my vision and turning other’s difficulties into their opportunities.

  • Womennovator is the formation of an organisation where I am designated to look after queries of women from different genre and sectors. I have worked on the growth strategies of Womennovator by organizing multiple networking events and onboarding leaders and influencers. I look after the technical needs and to increase their reach as an entrepreneur. I have mastered multitasking through my role as a relationship manager. From handling data, working on events, working with the team, working with the management, I also maintain logs for the company.

  • She gave me that independence to put all my learning and efforts into this organization. In my tenure of 9 years, I have got the chance to lead various projects like Rasoi Queen, QueensXI and Womennovator. It was a phenomenal journey where I got the chance to work with Ambassadors, Industry leaders and Government Officials.

HARSHITA SINGH

  • Working at Womennovator has been a delight for me for the past month or so. One of my duties as a project manager is to see any number of women entrepreneurs go through the program of incubation to acceleration stage. It is incomparable to be able to watch the passion and excitement in a woman's eyes from the beginning of the process to the finish.

  • Observing the joy on the faces of the mentor and Incubatee after finishing the program and benefiting from it is another aspect of my profession that I enjoy. It makes me feel good to be able to give them this service while still enjoying myself. Womennovator is, for me, more than just a profession. It’s a place where I feel I’m doing my bit towards contributing to the world in some way. Each day is greeted by a motivated team that is always ready to help in every way.

  • Hi, I am Mona. My journey has really been fantastic and the opportunities I've been given. I am grateful for - Womennovator is tapping in to all the skills that I have. Having integrity, being loyal and trustworthy became even more important to me. I have learnt in womennovator that the amount of work you put in is the amount of praise and reward that you get back. There are days where things are great and there are days that a are very challenging as with any job. One of the reasons my journey has been easy with Womennovator is the work culture and people that I work with. It’s an epic blend between a corporate setting and small, connected community. Some of the best people I've met at Womennovator.
