WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES SAY ABOUT US

Face 1

HARIOM PRAJAPATI

  • Hi I’m Hari Om Prajapati, I started my career as an intern in KGS Advisors while pursuing MBA. I have always thought and believed of working in an independent environment where I can focus on the things which adds value to my learning. I spent two months on various projects and ended up getting job in the same under the thought leadership of Ms. Tripti Somani. She gave me that independence to put all my learning and efforts into this organization. In my tenure of 5 years, I have got the chance to lead various projects like Rasoi Queen, QueensXI and Womennovator. It was a phenomenal journey where I got the chance to work with Ambassadors, Industry leaders and Government Officials.

  • I have worked on the growth strategies of Womennovator by organizing multiple networking events and onboarding leaders and influencers. I have been mentored by some of the great leaders who are the part of this organization and designated as Board Members and Mentors. Some of greatest takeaways that I have got in this organization is learning new skill sets, exploring new ideas and opportunities and never-ending knowledge sharing.

NISHTHA DHOLAKIA

  • I have been working with Womennovator for 1 month now in the capacity of a Partnership and Collaboration Manager. This has been an experience full of learning and exciting challenges for me. Every day comes with something that pushes me to bring the best in myself. Most importantly the women community that we work here with gives us the inspiration to hustle and bring the best out of ourselves.

  • I have learnt how important it is to multitask while you are working. It saves on a lot of time and helps us in making the most out of our day. We often talk about women empowerment but the real empowerment comes when there is the right to choose and that is what we are trying to establish here in Womennovator.

HARSHITA SINGH

  • Working at Womennovator has been a delight for me for the past month or so. One of my duties as a project manager is to see any number of women entrepreneurs go through the program of incubation to acceleration stage. It is incomparable to be able to watch the passion and excitement in a woman's eyes from the beginning of the process to the finish.

  • Observing the joy on the faces of the mentor and Incubatee after finishing the program and benefiting from it is another aspect of my profession that I enjoy. It makes me feel good to be able to give them this service while still enjoying myself. Womennovator is, for me, more than just a profession. It’s a place where I feel I’m doing my bit towards contributing to the world in some way. Each day is greeted by a motivated team that is always ready to help in every way.

MONA ASWAL

  • Hi, I am Mona. My journey has really been fantastic and the opportunities I've been given. I am grateful for - Womennovator is tapping in to all the skills that I have. I was fresh out of college when I started working. I have literally grown into an adult while working at Womennovator. It has shown me the ropes on how an organization work - honestly and correctly. Having integrity, being loyal and trustworthy became even more important to me. I have learnt in womennovator that the amount of work you put in is the amount of praise and reward that you get back. There are days where things are great and there are days that a are very challenging as with any job. One of the reasons my journey has been easy with Womennovator is the work culture and people that I work with. It’s an epic blend between a corporate setting and small, connected community. Some of the best people I've met at Womennovator.

  • Always look for a place where the opportunities for the growth are endless. If you looking challenging yet rewarding career then womennovator is the place for you. Get plated at Womennovator and watch your career growth.
