Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing and executing marketing strategies, and driving sales growth for our company.
Requirements
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
Develop strong customized proposals and program for brands
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to inform marketing strategies
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B/D2C environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of generating leads and driving sales growth
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Passion for sales and marketing and a desire to drive business growth.
