Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in fundraising and donor engagement roles, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with fundraising tools such as donor management software, online donation platforms, and social media
