Responsibilities

The E Commerce executive will look after overall execution of the product process. We expect from our E-Commerce Executive to boost up the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. He/she must conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners.

The E Commerce executive will look after overall execution of the product process. We expect from our E-Commerce Executive to boost up the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. He/she must conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners.

Specifically, you will:

  • Listing and defining the categories of the required product or service.
  • Coordination with Seller/Reseller for the product description & Pricing. Connecting with Distributors
  • Research on the seller/reseller background
  • Look after the overall process of implementation.
  • Preparing the data of Seller/reseller & Buyer and distributors
  • Research on the product/service demands & Market Segmentation
  • Daily operations of order compiling and execution
  • Generate reports and MIS as needed.
  • Initiate and tie up with new marketplaces for on boarding
  • Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.

Specifically, you have the following experience & skills:

  • Should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, communications or a related field like sales
  • Prior work experience in related field will be preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be good with MS Office
