About the Event

#Womennovator (Gvriksh) organized a W-TALK - Gurugram in JK Business School, Gurugram on 19th July 2019 at 11:30 A.M.
WOMEN TALK events are gathering where W-TALKers present, share their inspiring and extraordinary stories, thoughts, ideas, and experiences. It helps the audience to get aware of how women entrepreneurship have become a boom in India. Currently, women entrepreneurs may be less but overall women comprise about 30% of corporate senior management positions, which is notably higher than the global average (24 percent). It is a great opportunity to learn and entertained by amazing WOMEN TALKers and Speakers.
The W-Talk Session was inaugurated by Tripti Shinghal Somani, Founder Womennovator who enlightened everyone about Womennovator in association with Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises,Government of India which is the First #VirtualIncubator for Women determined to support the cause of women empowerment and entrepreneurship and has endorsed the women empowerment principles of UN Goals – SDG 5: Achieve Gender equality and empower all women and girls.
Ms. #PratibhaPrehlad shared that success is 99% perception and 1% inspiration. There is no shortcut for success. Thus, education teaches how to be on your own feet, education teaches us how to think. Ms. Vertica Dvivedi also shared that she wanted to do something that is full of challenges and not a job of 9-5. Then, she realized either she has to take all the responsibility or give up and leave everything. Hence, she took all the responsibilities, set up her goal, and became a successful entrepreneur. Ms. Roshni Baronia shared that success is like a magnet and if you are well educated and work towards your goal, success will always come your way. Ms. Tripti Somani also introduced and talked about various schemes of Income Tax Refunds, Trade Mark, MSME Ministry, ISO Certification Refund, International Domestic Fairs.

Womennovator was started in the year of 2014 with the motive in mind to make a virtual incubator for women entrepreneurs or women who do have exceptional ideas and want to get a platform to grow. It is an initiative with the goal of helping women entrepreneurs to grow local economies by providing business education and training, mentoring and networking, win new revenue contract - domestically and internationally through interaction with Industry leaders, embassy connect, provide media reach (digital and print) through their story on exclusive YouTube Channel, access to capital and Govt. Support schemes across the country.

The speakers gathered at the event were Ms. Vinita Bhatia (Associate Vice President, Times of India), Ms. Tripti Shinghal Somani - (MD- KGS Advisors; Founder-Womennovator), Ms. #PrathibhaPrahlad (Padmashree Awardee Bharat Natyam Dancer), Ms. Roshni Baronia (Go-Global Strategist, Speaker, Rb Consulting) and Ms. Vertica Dvivedi (Founder WADe Asia, Co-Chair WEC, PhD Chamber of Commerce & Industry).

The event was moderated by Vinita Bhatia - Associate Vice President, Times of India. They shared their motivational stories which helped them climb the ladder of success. Many other attendees were also present to grace the event who talked about their life story and also about their entrepreneurship journey.

The event concluded by inspiring minds and generating sparks and hope among the attendees.
