Building on the success of our first roundtable with INSA, Womennovator ( Global Incubator for Women), in partnership with Gvriksh and Christ University, Bangalore,Christ University, Bangalore Bannerghatta Road Campus (Official) successfully hosted its second roundtable in Bengaluru, India, focused on enhancing the Female Labor Force Participation Ratio (FLFPR).
The event brought together key stakeholders from academia, policy, and industry to discuss strategies for increasing women’s workforce participation.
The roundtable’s outcomes will be compiled into a white paper, and Womennovator proposes an amendment to Ministry of Education to include tracking conversion rates of female graduates as a key parameter for college evaluation.
