An MBA from Vlerick Business School, Belgium , Rohini worked in sales leadership roles handling Indian and overseas markets for over two decades. She was the business head of a large Kuwaiti business conglomerate namely KIPCO, where she headed a profit center and catered to international markets viz Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, Europe, Australia & UK. She spearheaded the new business unit and expanded the reach of services through effective marketing strategies. She also established new business partnerships with vendors in United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Europe. Rohini brings with her almost twenty-five years of exposure to selling of services in multiple industries, her expertise lies in consultative selling in B-to-B markets, managing sales teams and content creation.She advises small business owners on marketing, brand building and content strategy. She is a philanthropist and the founder of Amarnath Vaishnavi Foundation, which supports the cause of education. Rohini is a columnist on the Times of India Opinion , she writes about women, business , entrepreneurship, marketing and the society in general. She is an Author . Her book , Doon - Displacement & Identity is a historical fiction. She also edited and published , " The Chronicles of Kashmir,” by a renowned Kashmiri author , Mr. Balkrishan sanyasi. She is also the recipient of Svavlambika women achievers award and the best educationist award from Excelligent.
