Formerly Gazetted officer, voluntary Retired in 2018 from the post of Programmer after serving 24 years of service in Department of Information Technology & Communication, Govt. of Rajasthan. Having a compendium of diverse expertise and experience of 35+ years. Excelled across sectors in Women Empowerment, Rural Development, Institution Building & Capacity Building, Model CLF Initiatives, FNHW, Gender, PRI-CBO Convergence, Financial Management & Accounting, Information Technology, Financial Inclusion, Women Led Enterprise Financing, BC Eco system, Financial Literacy, Social Security Schemes (Insurance & Pension), Skill Development, and Project Management. I am also passionate and inquisitive to contribute more towards Beauty, Makeup, Spa, and Wellness adds to his multifaceted skill set. In additional to the my present responsibility, NRLM also allotted me additional responsibility of 5 states as Model CLF State Anchor (Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha & Telangana) for facilitation & Support to states in all KPIs of IBCB and Model CLF i.e. Visioning, AAP & BDP, Financial Management & Accounting, Registration and Compliances, Grading & Internal Audit, CBO- Governance, Leadership, CBO-HR, CBO – sub-committee SRP pool creation, FNHW, Gender, PRI-CBO Convergence, CMTC (Community Managed Training Centre) Development, Development of Potential Immersion Sites, implementation of LoKOS CBO Transaction roll-out, Community Led Livelihood Development, SISD, Gender & FNHW (Food, Nutrition, Health & Wash), PRI-CBO convergence etc.
