K.G. Somani is an Indian chartered accountant and the founding/managing partner of K G Somani & Co LLP (also called KGS), a long-established accounting and advisory firm based in New Delhi. He served as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1988–89 and represented India on the council of the International Federation of Accountants. Somani has deep expertise in finance, taxation, corporate law, audits, and advisory services.
