My name is Nidhi. I'm working as a Software Engineer 2 at Adobe and Linkedin's Official Creator. I was selected among the top 200 Creators from over 90 million LinkedIn's users in India in its First Class of LinkedIn's Creator Accelerator Program 2022. I'm also a part of Linkedin for Creators Program. I create content on Interview Preparation tips, Mental Health, and Self Development. My purpose is to support, guide, and inspire freshers (especially tier 2&3 college graduates) and promote more Women in Tech to land their dream jobs be it MAANG or other top-notch product-based companies. I share the content that is optimistic, supportive and can help people to hold on a little more to their dreams while working to improve their skillset. Content's originality and how well people relate to it make my content unique and interesting. After posting concise, concrete, and interesting stories, I invite my community to be a part of the conversation and inspire them to share their thoughts/stories on the topic. I've grown from 5k to 30k+ community in the last 9 months on the platform. So far, I have delivered 20+ 1:1 Mentorship sessions, 5+ in-person talks, and collaborated with multiple creators during my journey as a Creator.
