Payal is currently appointed as Program Consultant with TiE Global Inc. From conceptualising to executing various impact driven initiatives is her core strength. She has worked with premier organisations which works towards fostering entrepreneurship and knows all nitty gritties of startup ecosystem. Apart from her current role, she has worked in various leadership roles including owning her own company "Urban Realtor" which aims to make a remarkable presence in real estate domain with a women led company. Payal also works as management consultant for SMEs and MSMEs helping them strategically grow and scale. She has strong expertise in marketing, branding, management operations and expansion planning. She holds Master of Business Administration from University of Wales, UK. She is passionate about travelling, home decor and cooking.
