"CA Fatima Naqvi based out of Gurgaon. Having worked for almost 2 decades in private and public sector banks and corporates, she co-founded Lady of Light Charitable Trust based out of her native Amroha, U.P. in 2016. The Trust runs ""AmrohaSay"", a program started with a motto of waste to wealth through women empowerment. Currently, the group of women have expanded into all types of handmade arts including embroidery, macrame, crocheting, knitting, phulkari and the like. The Trust has been enabling women to stand up on their own through harnessing their own capabilities and inherent talents. AmrohaSay has enabled more than 30 local women from Amroha, UP. We have participated in offline and online exhibitions across Colleges, especially during Environment Day, in-house stalls at Corporates, large scale events like Delhi Green Show 2019, Fresh India Show 2019, Noida Haat,Virtual Exhibition by Indian Chamber of Commerce, 2021. Some patrons also displayed our products in the U.S and Germany."
