Mahua Mukherjee turned an entrepreneur after 18 years of global corporate experience across blue chip MNCs specially focused on technology service delivery and Consulting leading global teams. She has co-founded a venture name 'The Star in Me' which is a Global Career Advancement platform for women professionals and a Diversity partner to organizations. Post the launch in 2020 Jan, the platform has attracted over 6000 women talent from 65 countries. The main motto of the venture is to build women leaders of today and tomorrow. Mahua is an alum of IIT Kharagpur, Indian School of Business (ISB) and MIT Sloan. She also serves as a Mentor and Advisor across 3 ventures
